AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF THIS LUXUARY SPORTS CRUISER
Accommodation: Access onto the V45 is gained via the teak laid bathing platform which incorporates a hot and cold transom shower and fold away boarding ladder. This leads to the port side transom door. The cockpit is designed for socialising. It’s fitted with a wet bar that includes a BBQ (Factory fitted optional extra), stainless-steel sink and refrigerated cooler box. There’s a large aft sun lounger on top of the RIB garage, which is big enough to carry a Williams 285 Turbo jet (Not included). This V45 comes with a Honwave fitted with a Honda BF2.3 outboard. Starboard side seating with a large teak table and ‘L’ seating on the portside.
The V45 is the place to be in the sunshine or showers as she is fitted with a large sliding sunroof (Factory fitted optional extra). And for those winter days, Eberspacher heating. The upholstery is in good condition and is Silvertek Mistral White.
The helm is well designed, having double helm seating with bolster and electric window. The dashboard is clear and well laid out and benefits from having a Raymarine Axiom 12, Raymarine radar, Raymarine Speed log, ST6002 Autopilot and Depth sounder, Simrad RS87 2x antennas. Esperança is also equipped with Volvo’s IPS joystick The Volvo Penta IPS Joystick utilizes the system’s diesel engine and drive units. This provides exceptionally high power and manoeuvring performance, and significantly greater side thrust, compared with conventional bow thrusters.
Access to the cabin is via the curved, tinted sliding door. You step down into the very spacious saloon.
The woodwork is Esperance is lovely. It’s a rich hi-gloss wood.
The saloon is port side and has ‘U’ shaped leather seating which converts to a double berth and has stowage below. There is a lovely high gloss table too with two stools. There’re also overhead storage lockers too. Opposite is the illuminated drinks cabinet and wall mounted TV.
The galley is opposite. It has lovely hardwood floor and is equipped with the following: Avonite (or similar) work tops, 2x round stainless-steel sinks with Monobloc mixer tap, 4 ring LPG hob, Combi Microwave oven, Large fridge and ample work surface with both high- and low-level storage.
Moving forward takes you to the primary cabin which has a double, centre island bed with reading lights above, round deck hatch, a wardrobe and a vanity unit with a mirror, high level storage lockers, under bed draws, AC outlet and opening port holes.
The primary cabin has its own ensuite. It’s fitted out with teak flooring, large shower that has a glass, rotating shower screen to provide a dry room. It also benefits from a built-in seat, hand basin with hot and cold water, large mirror, storage, and an opening port hole. There’s an electric toilet to holding tank.
Moving aft, you walk through to the under-cockpit guest cabin, which has two single beds which slide across to make a double bed. Reading lights, wardrobe and its own ensuite. The ensuite is fitted with the same level of facilities as the primary cabin’s ensuite.
This Princess V45 is a lovely boat, and early viewing is strongly recommended.
